Factors Considered By the Disability Determination Services

Appeal a Denied Social Security Claim

After the denial of a claim or if you did not receive proper compensation, you have 60 days from receiving your decision letter to file an appeal. When a claim is denied, you will receive notice of denial, including details of the right to appeal and the deadline for filing the appeal.
